Message to clients:

I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life's myriad transitions with a specialized focus on women's mental health, perinatal mental health, and the journey into parenthood.

In my practice, I understand that life is filled with ups and downs, transitions, and challenges. Whether you're navigating the emotional complexities of fertility challenges, adoption, pregnancy loss, or the joys and challenges of pregnancy and childbirth, I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone is unique, and therefore, their therapeutic journey should be as well. I value trust and collaboration and take the time to build a strong foundation with each client, as I believe this is the basis of change in therapy.

Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and Narrative Therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client and family.

Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, grief, or the myriad of emotions that accompany life's transitions, I'm here to offer guidance, empathy, and practical strategies to support you through every step of the way.

My certification from Postpartum Support International underscores my commitment to providing specialized care and understanding during the perinatal period, ensuring that individuals and families receive the support they need to navigate the challenges and celebrate the joys of parenthood.

Whether you're adjusting to a new phase of life, processing grief, navigating relationship changes, or struggling with depression and anxiety, I'm here to walk alongside you, offering compassionate support and empowering you to embrace the fullness of your unique journey. You are not alone—I'm here to help you find strength, resilience, and hope as you navigate life's twists and turns.
