Message to clients:
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked with children and adolescents across a range of
psychiatric, behavioral health, and medical settings, supporting their mental, emotional,
and developmental well-being. I specialize in building strong therapeutic relationships,
fostering coping skills and resilience, and helping young people navigate the
complexities of growing up.
I’m deeply passionate about youth mental health and committed to a collaborative,
trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. In my work, I focus on enhancing
somatic regulation and co-creating meaningful therapeutic experiences with each child
or teen. I often integrate expressive arts, mindfulness, and other holistic modalities to
support healing and self-discovery.
Clients and families frequently share that they appreciate the safe, supportive space we
build together—one where vulnerability is welcomed, challenges can be explored, and
growth feels possible.
