Message to clients:

If you are having a hard time managing life and the stress that comes along with it, I will work with you to overcome obstacles that feel like they are never going away.  I have over 22 years of experience with clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma/abuse, grief/loss, relationship issues and parenting issues. I’ll work with you to create a safe place where feelings can be shared without any fear of judgement.

My approach is a combination of strengths-based therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and family centered therapy. Though our relationship is collaborative, I believe you should have primary control of the changes you want to make and will provide you with as much autonomy as possible.

Clients describe me as very caring, supportive, and easy to talk to. I am a good listener and offer unbiased, nonjudgmental suggestions and solutions to the unique challenges clients bring to session.

I understand coming to therapy is the first step to getting help and a great way to show that you are committed to working on yourself. I am here to be supportive and nurturing- improving your quality of life is the end goal for both of us. I have a deep gratitude for my clients and would love to work with you if this sounds like a good fit.
