Message to clients:
Hello! ¡Hola! My name is Annie, and I am a bilingual therapist who loves working with children, adolescents, and adults.
I believe therapy is a collaborative and supportive space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I am passionate about helping individuals overcome self-doubt, build healthy boundaries, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth through compassionate, individualized care.
My therapeutic approach is integrative & incorporates strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.
Together, we explore what matters most to you, build on your strengths, & identify strategies that support your personal growth.
Whether navigating anxiety, life transitions, chronic illness, family concerns, or other emotional challenges, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered.
My goal is to foster self-awareness, strengthen confidence, build healthier relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
