Message to clients:

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of how to move forward—you’re not alone. Life can feel heavy sometimes, and reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful step.

I am a clinical mental health counseling intern. I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re carrying pain from the past, facing challenges in the present, or simply longing to feel more connected and grounded—you are welcome here.

I specialize in working with  those navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles. These experiences can leave us feeling uncertain, alone, or disconnected from ourselves and others. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s coming up, and gently begin to make sense of it all—together.

My approach is integrative. I draw from a range of tools including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. But more than anything, I center our work around your unique story, needs, and strengths. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Therapy is a collaborative process—we’ll explore what’s no longer serving you, nurture what is, and build practical tools for healing, resilience, and growth. You don’t have to have all the answers—I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll take the next step forward, together.
