Message to clients:

I work with adults navigating mental health and substance use concerns, especially when trauma, difficult life experiences, or overwhelming emotions contribute to patterns that feel hard to change. If you’re here, you may be struggling with managing your emotions, coping with hard feelings, self-criticism, negative self-talk, or finding compassion for yourself.

I help clients understand how mental health, trauma, and substance use are connected while building healthier coping skills and working toward meaningful change without shame or harsh self-judgment.

I specialize in dual diagnosis, trauma, and substance use concerns, with training in EMDR and DBT for trauma treatment. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and compassion focused therapy to support emotional regulation, healthier coping, self-compassion, and lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you have carried difficult experiences or struggled to make changes on your own. I strive to meet clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect wherever they are. Therapy can be a place to make sense of what you have experienced and identify a path forward.
