Message to clients:
Meaningful change begins in a relationship built on safety, honesty, and authenticity. I strive to create a space where you can be yourself, and I bring that same authenticity into our work together. I listen deeply, challenge gently, and make room for humor along the way.
I draw from evidence-based practices including DBT, ACT, and ERP, tailoring each session to your unique goals and needs. This may look like developing coping skills, learning new ways to respond to emotions, facing fears, or exploring the patterns that shape your experiences.
At times, we may use structured exercises or worksheets; at others, we'll simply take time to reflect, process, and grow. Most importantly, our work will always be collaborative, flexible, and guided by what is most helpful for you. Whatever brings you to therapy, we'll work together to help you create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, LGBTQ+ clients, parents, and families navigating intense emotions, anxiety, OCD, agoraphobia, and challenges with communication and connection. If this sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I'd love to connect.
