Message to clients:

Do you have a teenager who is experiencing anxiety or depression, but isn’t comfortable talking about it or doesn’t have the skills to manage it? If so, I’m the therapist for you. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and young adults.

I’m also passionate about supporting clients who are postpartum, and ensuring women who experience the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum adjustment have adequate support.

My approach to treatment is a person-centered blend of coaching and solution-focused therapy. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for success in achieving positive treatment outcomes.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my girls, horseback riding, and reading.

If I sound like a good fit for you, please reach out. You don’t have to experience this alone. You are important. You matter.
