Surviving Sexual Trauma
Mondays, 7:00-8:30 pm

In this group, survivors will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and understanding of trauma and its effects on the mind and body.
Topics will include but are not limited to PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, sleep issues, intimacy issues, relationship issues, body-image issues, trust issues, and low self-esteem.
Survivors will have the chance to share their stories, grieve lost experiences, learn new coping skills, build self-care routines, better understand the definitions of healthy relationships, and strengthen their interpersonal effectiveness skills (e.g., communicating needs, emotion regulation, and setting and maintaining healthy boundaries).
